The Best Lobster Tail (Pastry)
(Sept. 18 Photo) My love for these is strong. So strong that on my last visit to Las Vegas I went to Carlos Bake Shop on FOUR different occasions until they finally had one for me.
The outside has a unique crunch that you can only find from hundreds of layers of the thinnest pastry shell. The cream puff dough layer inside and a sweet cream filling. I am not a filling lover per se, but these work.

I don't see Lobster Tails often, but if you know of a good one - please leave a comment! I would love to try them all.
