The Best Sun Visor
(Sept. 17 Photo) I like hats, they're fun and can add a pop of color or personality to any outfit. They're also functional when you're trying to keep your face out of the sun (always). I have a lot of hair and I prefer having it out of my face for most outdoor activities (I don't think I am alone here). Enter the visor. I can have my giant bun and my face covered too. I wear visors when I walk my dogs, I wear visors when I run. I wear visors and baseball hats on the boat or when my college job had me working outside for 8 hours in the summer heat. I am dedicated to not letting my face see the sun.
It can be an issue because I love being outside and especially in the pool. This is where this particular visor comes in. I've had it for over ten years. It is present on every pool day, it's packed for every trip where there is even a chance of beach/pool time, and it has even taken a few dips (completely underwater) itself. It is adjustable and very comfortable. It's proven to block 95% of UVA/UVB rays with a 50+ UPF rating. It has stood the test of time for me. It continues to be great even after being squished into a suitcase over and over, sun, sand, pool water, salt water, babies, dogs, drinks spilled etc. This is a clear winner in my book.
