The Best Green Smoothie

I'm just going to come out and say the unpopular thing...I am not a fan of salad. Instead, my smoothies are a way for me to incorporate nutritious greens into my day. I have a few different smoothies that I make regularly, but this is one of my favorites.


I use the same powder supplements and chia/hemp/flax in all of my smoothies. These are a completely optional addition but I like optimizing the nutritional content knowing it will still taste great.


Peach Mango Green Smoothie

1 1/2- 2 cups Peach White Grape Juice - Welch's 100% juice - no sugar added

^^ The juice may be replaced with Coconut Water if you'd like less fruit sugar


3 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Powder

1 scoop Orgain Organic Superfoods Powder

2 tsp Spirulina (mine is green, but Blue Spirulina is popular right now and so PRETTY)

3 T Chia Seeds

3 T Hemp Seeds

2 T Flaxseed

2 Packets Emergen-C in any flavor you'd like


3 Giant Handfuls Baby Spinach

2 Giant Handfuls Baby Kale


1 whole banana (I like to use frozen bananas in quarters- 4 pieces)

1 cup-ish frozen mango pieces

1 1/2 cup-ish frozen peach slices


Blend & Enjoy! This makes 2 large smoothies. I like thicker smoothies, but feel free to add more juice/coconut water for a thinner consistency.
